Promoting Inclusion: The “HAR KHWAB AHEM HA” Program at TPL
At TPL, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace that promotes diversity in all its forms. We firmly believe that diversity and inclusion not only strengthens our organization but also drives innovation and creativity. As part of this commitment, TPL has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Karachi Vocational Training Center (KVTC) and NOWPDP, non-profit organizations supporting differently-abled individuals in Pakistan.
Through the “HAR KHWAB AHEM HAI” internship program, TPL aims to empower individuals with diverse learning abilities by providing them with valuable experience. The interns in this program will have the opportunity to work across various departments within the TPL Group, guided by dedicated employees throughout their internship journey. This initiative not only enhances the interns’ abilities but also promotes a culture of inclusivity within our company.
We are proud to have differently-abled employees who are actively contributing to our workforce which serves as a testament to TPL’s dedication to corporate social responsibility and promoting inclusive practices in the corporate sector.
Through initiatives like these, TPL aims to equip differently-abled individuals with valuable exposure to the corporate environment, enhancing their skills and uplifting their confidence to succeed in their careers. Simultaneously, it enables our employees to gain a deeper appreciation for them, promoting mutual learning and enriching our organization’s culture where every individual’s potential deserves to be recognized.
