The internship program ranges from 6 to 8 weeks and is aimed towards empowering interns with real responsibilities and challenges to jumpstart their careers.

We pair all our interns with an experienced mentor from day one. All assessment stages are a means to ensure that your abilities, strengths, weaknesses and interests will prepare you for any future challenges.

We have designed the TPL Next Gen Leadership Program to identify, train and empower. With a 12 month structured rotation program, you will get a unique blend of professional development, exposure to top-level business leaders and formal training in leadership. You will get a chance to work with like-minded people who are innovators, creative thinkers and leaders in their chosen field. You’ll collaborate with them to solve some of the most challenging issues faced by markets today.
